 By the way, this time I will discuss about my school. More precisely, high school. Where this school determines my future direction. Let's see 😆

This is my school

I attended SMA 9 Mandau. The reason I chose this school is because this school is only 100 m from my house. Indeed, this school does not have good accreditation. But, my mother said "if in this place you can be the best, why do you have to be in the best school to be the best?". Then I thought, if I want to be the best then I have to study, study and study. And it does not rule out that students are able to continue to the best universities.

Before that, let's get to know more about my school.

I live in Riau province to be precise in Duri Mandau, Bengkalis district. I attended one of the schools in Duri, the name of the school is SMA 9 Mandau. SMA 9 Mandau located in stadion street. This school still has B accreditation, while other schools already have A accreditation. So this school is often considered a school of exile. In other words, students who register at this school are students who do not pass the best schools or have low grades. But, I am not one of them.

This school has a large number of educators. Not only young teachers, but also some senior teachers. One of the senior teachers is my physics teacher, he is very famous, he is very old, around 58 years old when I started school. People call him killer teacher. But, if you know him better then you will feel that the term killer is not in him. Maybe they say that title because the teacher has strict rules, is strict, and is very disciplined in time. I really like the way it teaches, so that it makes us even more diligent in learning. But unfortunately, he only taught up to grade 2 because he was 60 years old when I was in grade 3.

Not only are the teachers famous, but also their non-academic achievements. Even though our accreditation is not good, this school has been able to achieve various achievements. The most famous is the drumband, we were able to win various awards. This drumband is called Gitaswara smanse. I was one of the members, the first time I was a flag player (CG). I just started, our drumband was invited to take part in the August 17 event at the governor's building in Pekanbaru, Riau in 2017. I feel proud to be able to participate in the event.

 You can see that I am in a superior class, namely MIPA 1. For those outside this school, they must think that it is natural, right, to exile schools. What you need to know, without even learning, you will not be able to be the best 😊. I feel proud in this school, I feel this is my second home that I should love, and they are my family that I love🤍

Before ending let's take a look at this short message

Many people say the best schools will lead you to a good future. You need to remember that every school is the best. The accreditation of a school only states the value of the school, not that the success of its students depends on accreditation. 

At school, I dreamed that I wanted to continue my education at the University of Riau. But you know what?Some people say that I will not go there because this school does not have good accreditation. Indeed, during SNMPTN I chose Riau University, while my other friends took the second choice at UIN SUSKA. Those whose second choice at UIN qualify and I feel proud of them. 

They all said that I had taken the wrong step by not choosing UIN SUSKA. But I believe that I can enter Riau university. Who knows, in fact I was able to pass to Riau University, I was able to make my dreams come true.

"Don't listen to what they say about your school, because the name of the school is bad only in the quality of the school, not the quality of the student"
